The website has become the main platform for pearl sales. The client (CEO of Gemperles) has received several complaints from customers.
The main issue reported by customers was:
Our customers felt that the shipping progress was unclear, even though it’s important for them to know the estimated delivery time. So we (Gemperles) had to reconfirm it manually.
In addition, from the client’s perspective, the dropdown content appeared too plain.
I personally felt that the dropdown content didn’t fit the brand and looked too simple or flat.

As a designer, my own discovery was that the content on the Product Detail Page failed to build trust with customers at first glance, it only provided information without creating a sense of credibility or assurance.
Breakdown Problem:
The label delivery is invisible to custumers (Didn't contrast enough)
Content details is too plain by default
There's no feeling trust from custumer in details
Proposed Solution:
Give contrast color and bigger content in label deliver
Add containment color with stroke and hover in header. So the content prominent in details
Create USP (Unique Selling Point) so the customers could believe and give more trust to buy items
